Perla's clamshell roof is hard to miss. Located at La Concha Hotel in Puerto Rico, the restaurant offers a romantic ocean-view setting.

Choose from a selection of Puerto Rican and New American dishes such as Amarillo & foie gras ravioloc with ognac glazed figs, vanilla lime mojo, and crisp plantains ($18).

The best tables are slightly elevated with water views. If you are planning a romantic celebration, be sure to book early.
