If you want to explore new flavors and cooking techniques, Mandarin Oriental Riviera Maya is offering new weekly hands-on culinary classes at its signature restaurant Ambar.

Classes, lead by Executive Chef Ignacio Granda del Gallego, will include preparation of a three-course lounch menu in the open show kitchen.

The menu changes weekly featuring traditional and exotic dishes from Mexico, Spain and Asia. Guests enjoy a sit-down lunch in Ambar with views overlooking the lagoon, and taste their own creations. Each course will be paired with premium Mexican wines by sommelier Eddy Yam.

The class costs USD $250/person.
