Humuhumunukunukuapua'a (Humu Humu) at Grand Wailea Resort on Maui is a floating seafood restaurant named after Hawaii's official state fish.

Patrons select their own lobster from the lagoon and enjoy delicious Island cuisine with Polynesian and Hawaiian influences.

The restaurant is composed of a cluster of thatch-roof Polynesian huts, surrounded by a lagoon. Book a sunset dinner for best views.
